1 more thing, since some of the benefits are very personal and can cross into the bedroom, we have Patrick leading the experience for men and Maggie leading the experience for women. Of course, couples can experience the fit faced life together, but men will always have a male coach and women will always have a female coach.

What can you expect from getting fit faced?
